Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to credit purchases on FlirtVault operated by FlirtVault Ltd..
1. Digital credits
Credits are a digital product delivered immediately upon successful payment. Once credits are added to your account, they are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
2. When we may refund
We may issue a refund or credit adjustment at our discretion, or where required by law, if:
- a technical error prevented credits from being applied;
- you were charged twice for the same package;
- the service was unavailable for a prolonged period immediately after purchase; or
- another exceptional circumstance is verified by our support team.
3. Unused credits
Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active. Refunds are not provided simply because credits were not used or because you changed your mind after delivery, unless mandatory local law provides a cooling-off period for digital content.
4. EU/UK consumers
Where applicable, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By purchasing credits and using them immediately, you acknowledge that performance begins at once and you may lose the withdrawal right once credits are consumed. Contact us before use if you wish to exercise withdrawal rights where they apply.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@flirtvault.com with your account email, purchase date, and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.
