These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FlirtVault at flirtvault.com, operated by FlirtVault Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use FlirtVault. By entering the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are underage.

2. The service

FlirtVault provides AI-powered conversational companions for entertainment purposes. All personas are fictional AI characters. Responses are generated automatically and do not represent real people, professional advice, or factual information. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

3. Credits and payments

Certain features require prepaid credits. Prices are shown before purchase in EUR. Credits are consumed per message or interaction as displayed at the time of use. Unless required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy, purchased credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. We may change pricing with reasonable notice on the site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service if you are under 18; (b) attempt to generate content depicting minors or non-consensual activity; (c) harass, threaten, or impersonate others; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems; (e) resell or share your account; (f) use the service for unlawful purposes. 5. Account and access

Access may be provided through passwordless authentication (e.g. magic link). You are responsible for keeping your email and session secure. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service and other users.

6. Intellectual property

The site, branding, software, and underlying technology are owned by FlirtVault Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the service for lawful entertainment. You must not copy, modify, or distribute our content except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI output, or that the service will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlirtVault Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
